All SGMA Membership Plan payments are automatically renewed and membership payments will be set to automatically process on the same day each month or every 3 months depending on your membership plan Memberships can be cancelled at anytime with 30 Days Notice by filling out and successfully submitting the SGMA Membership Cancelation Request Form which can be found on your online account in the My Membership Plan section Cancelation Request Forms must be submitted A MIN. OF 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED PAYMENT to ensure your next payment, and any future payments, are cancelled. SGMA does not offer refunds, credit or class extensions for Membership Plans not cancelled by the process listed above.
